Show Notes: I'd hoped to get Shimita into the studio for some live music, but at least they managed to call in on their way to Seattle for tonight's show. The phones were dancing with requests, responses, questions, announcements...it must be the cold weather keeping people inside, listening to the radio like they're supposed to!

# Our cover song of the week was "Afro Beat" by Shimita el Diego, which features a medley of song snippets, including two from Fela. And Shimita pulls it off well!
