Omar Torrez live in the KAOS performance studio

Show Notes:
It was all Flamenco Soul & Groove as Omar Torrez infused the KAOS performance studio with the energy of his live performance. Though his voice was suffering from a cold compounded by lack of sleep and three tightly scheduled performances, his fingers were flying, accompanied by Dale Fanning on drums and Tige DiCoster on bass. The performance and interview will be archived for your online listening pleasure at Omar's website, omartorrez.com

# Our cover song of the week came from Cuba, via Olympia's own Ocho Pies. Their new self-titled CD includes the slow-burning Cuban classic "Chan Chan" which we heard near the beginning of the show.
