World Rhythm

Show Notes:
Ah, "It's all about groove." Especially when we're on a rhythm theme, in preparation for the World Rhythm Festival in Seattle this weekend, the biggest free drum festival anywhere. More than half of the music today is from artists doing workshops or performances at the festival. We also spoke by phone with Peter Kasule, associate artistic director of the Children of Uganda, who will be in Olympia tonight with their Tour of Light 2004 show.

# Our cover song of the week was the incomperable African Show Boyz singing and percussing their way through Bob Marley's "Redemption Song."
