Antibalas (aka the Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra) is a culturally diverse Afrobeat ensemble based in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by the Afrobeat and political activism of Fela Kuti, Antibalas is both irresistably danceable and fiercely outspoken about contemporary issues. They perform 10 June at Chop Suey in Seattle.
