Flamenco Soul & Groove guy Omar Torrez returned with more live music fresh from the KAOS studios. And with Oliver Mtukudzi headed to town (see calendar) and Thomas Mapfumo's birthday July 2, we celebrated the music of Zimbabwe, from mbira trance tunes to Tuku music and chimurenga. Plus an interview with Rachid Taha (who plays Seattle June 29). For lots more Zimbabwean music, attend this summer's Zimfest.
