The
Balkans are a region of southeastern Europe commonly understood
to include nine nations: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina,
Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia
and Turkey (with Moldova, Romania, and Slovenia serving
as something like honorary members). Today we partook of
their music in the first hour, and a mix of tunes in the
second hour.
